Composed of 14 top-calibre classical musicians, these fellas have taken a deep dive into the uncharted waters of rock & metal bangers. In the end, it all works out in the most unexpected way. A Bit of Rockin' History

Founded in 2020, events producer Nathan Reed came fresh from conceptualizing "Festival of The Dead", one that received critical acclaim as the UK's premier halloween spectacles with tons of activities and great music. Now, audiences have become drawn to rockin' hits transformed into captivating classical melodies, and people just keep on coming back for more. If this is your first time encountering The Rock Orchestra, get ready to be blown away. As candles light up the dark hall, the haunting tune of "Sweet Child of Mine" will start creeping through.

From a spin-off event of Festival of The Dead to becoming its own full-fledged touring extravaganza, many markets have been begging The Rock Orchestra to come and pay a visit. Covering decades of hits from a variety of legendary artists and bands, their work takes meticulous attention to detail and dedication to these music. They gotta pay justice to the original tracks.

“You realise how broad rock and metal genres are when you come to tackle putting a setlist together,” said Nathan. “There are multiple decades and multiple genres to traverse."

Doing their own magic to create a cohesive night, it's a carefully-curated setlist of rock & metal tunes that simply work. 

“If you played the original songs together it might leave you scratching your head a little but when you hear them played by the orchestra it makes sense. You also realise how special some of those songs are. Stairway to Heaven played by an orchestra is mind blowing," describes Reed.
