Since they started working together as an awesome twosome in 2017, Trixie and Katya have done numerous projects, including the Trixie and Katya Show, Netflix’s Trixie Mattel and Katya React, and more. This 2024, the duo will bring their podcast live and on stage.
Trixie Mattel is a sensational drag queen who made her TV debut in 2015 upon joining RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 7. Although she didn't win that season, she came back three years later and joined RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars Season 3, where she won first place.
Meanwhile, Katya joined Trixie Mattel in season 7 of RuPaul’s Drag Race, where she placed fifth. The following year, she returned and joined the cast of RuPaul’s Drag Race All-Star Season 2, where she was a runner-up.
The Bald and the Beautiful premiered in September 2020 at the height of the pandemic. Trixie and Began working together for their web series in 2017 but also brought their incredible tandem to the podcast circuit. Today, the podcast has aired a total of 151 episodes. The duo has brought in countless guests, celebrities like Kathy Griffin and Simon Biles, as well as other illustrious drag queens like Bob the Drag Queen, Bianca Del Rio, and more.
Despite their busy schedules performing as solo artists, Trixie and Katya are making time to deliver live shows of The Bald and The Beautiful. This 2024, they’re hitting 12 select cities, including a coveted stop in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
